Zinc Picolinate in capsule form, 30 capsules per container, each providing 50 mg of zinc as zinc picolinate. The capsule shell is hypromellose (cellulose), with rice flour and vegetable-source magnesium stearate as other ingredients. Suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets.
