HMB 4500 is a capsule supplement supplied in a pack of 100 capsules, giving 20 servings of 5 capsules. Each serving provides 5355 mg of calcium 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyrate, of which 4500 mg is HMB. The capsule shell is made from gelatin coloured with iron oxide.
