Ultra A & D-3 25,000 / 1,000 is a softgel supplement supplied in a pack of 100, with each softgel providing 7,500 mcg of Vitamin A and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D. It is gluten free and lactose free, and contains fish (cod, saithe, haddock, pollock).
