Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) in tablet form, 100 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 56 mg of Atlantic Kelp, standardized to 0.4% iodine, delivering 225 µg of iodine (150% NRV). May contain crustacean shellfish (lobster, shrimp and crab).
