Omega-3D is a lemon-flavored soft gel supplying fish oil from anchovies and sardines, packaged as 60 soft gels (30 servings of 2). Each serving provides 690 mg of total omega-3s, including 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA, plus 25 mcg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3. It contains fish and is lactose free.
