Vitamin B-12 Ultra is a liquid supplement in a 118 ml (4 fl oz) bottle, with approximately 23-24 servings of 1 teaspoon (5 mL) each. It combines Vitamin C, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-6, folate, B-12, biotin and pantothenic acid with a flavored liquid base.
