Vitabiotics Wellwoman Max is a pack of 84 tablets/capsules comprising 28 micronutrient tablets, 28 Omega 3-6-9 capsules and 28 calcium & vitamin D tablets. The micronutrient tablet contains ingredients such as vitamin C, iron, zinc and B vitamins, the Omega 3-6-9 capsule contains fish oil, evening primrose oil and starflower oil, and the calcium & vitamin D tablet provides 500 mg calcium and 10 µg vitamin D3 per tablet. It is gluten free and lactose free, and contains fish and soya as noted on the label.
