Vitamin C Crystals Powder is a plain powder supplied in a 3 lbs (1,361 g) pack, with each 1/4 level teaspoon (1.1 g) serving providing 1.1 g (1,100 mg) of vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free diets. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, though produced in a facility that also processes these allergens.
