Vitaking CoQ10 Coenzyme 100 mg is a softgel supplement supplied in a pack of 30 softgels, each providing 100 mg of coenzyme Q-10. The softgel shell is gelatin-based, with sunflower oil, glycerin, beeswax, lecithins and iron oxide colours among the ingredients. The product is lactose free but contains gelatin and lecithins, which may be soy-derived.
