BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode, Cola flavour, is a powder supplied in a 500 g pack. Each 7.2 g portion provides 5000 mg of branched chain amino acids in a 20:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), plus 1000 mg of L-citrulline, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6 and sodium. Contains soy (lecithins from soy) and is manufactured on a site that also uses milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
