BCAA + Glutamine, Natural is a powder in a 500g pack, made from L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. A 10g serving (2.5 scoops) provides 4000 mg L-glutamine, 2000 mg L-leucine, 1000 mg L-isoleucine and 1000 mg L-valine. Suitable for a vegetarian diet; the label states it may contain milk, soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
