A powdered oats and whey protein porridge in Golden Syrup flavour, supplied in a 600g pack of 10 servings. Made from wholegrain oats flakes, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate from milk, with coconut MCT oil among the ingredients. Suitable for vegetarian diets; contains oats and milk, and may contain gluten, eggs, fish, nuts and soya.
