Beta-carotene and vitamin C in capsule form, 60 capsules per container. Each daily serving of one capsule provides 4.8 mg of natural beta-carotene (Lyc-O-Beta™), including 800 µg provitamin A (100% NRV), and 206 mg of vitamin C (258% NRV). Suitable for a vegetarian diet; the capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
