Ostrovit Omega 3 is a softgel supplement supplied in a pack of 90 capsules (112 g), with each capsule providing 1000 mg of fish oil containing 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA. The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerol and water. Contains fish (anchovies) and gelatin of animal origin.
