Vitaking B-12 Vitamin Vege is a vegetable capsule supplement, 60 capsules per container, with each capsule providing 1000 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and 5′-deoxyadenosylcobalamin. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
