Vitamin B Complex Buckwheat is a capsule supplement made from buckwheat germ powder (Cultavit® V 200 GF) in a vegetable capsule shell, supplied 60 capsules per pack. Each capsule provides thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 at 100%+ of the Nutrient Reference Value. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets; contains buckwheat and is free from artificial additives.
