Magnesium Gel is a liquid magnesium product supplied in a 150 ml pack, made from aqua (water), magnesium chloride and hydroxypropyl starch phosphate. Each 1 ml provides a minimum of 100 mg of elemental magnesium, equal to 500 mg per teaspoon (5 ml). Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, with no known allergens declared.
