Omega 3-6-9 Linseed Oil in softgel form, 60 softgels per pack (81 g net content). Each softgel provides 1000 mg of cold pressed linseed oil, supplying alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid (LA) and oleic acid (OA). The capsule shell is bovine gelatine with glycerol and water.
